The Role
At Zeta, all our products serve their purpose with design and user experience as the center. As a UX Designer I, your mission will be to craft seamless, intuitive, and visually engaging experiences that resonate with our users. You’ll be tackling complex challenges and transforming them into user-friendly designs for everyone, from new customers to experienced professionals. You will work with the designer, engineers, and product managers to research and execute every aspect of the design process-from user journey mapping, wireframing, mock-ups and prototypes, to development.
As an advocate for the users, you would focus on understanding needs and driving them by providing solutions that solve problems and pleasantly surprise users.
Key Responsibilities
Work with lead designers to develop best-in-class interaction designs from concept to final product delivery
Develop elegant, intuitive solutions that solve complex design challenges, including brand aspects like visual, motion, and sound, to provide a more engaging user experience.
Map design ideas based on user research and user-centered goals
Design visualization as storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and deliver the best possible user experience
Work effectively with a diverse set of teams for fluid design iterations and flawless delivery.
Design solutions that meet the business and user needs.
Work independently with a self-managed task approach.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years interaction design experience
- Background in user interface design, data visualization, prototyping
- Figma or equivalent tools like Sketch/XD; familiarity with tools such as Principle, Framer, Webflow, or Adobe Suite.
- Strong ability to anticipate user scenarios, including common paths and edge cases, and to integrate them into your designs.
- Good understanding of information design and user psychology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to share concepts with colleagues.
- Proto-potting or basic front-end development experience.
- Consessment of Visual Design and UX copywriting.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and problem-solve in a fast-evolving environment.
