Job Location for Infosys Recruitment 2024-
Job Location: Candidates will work in the call center, for voice process post candidates job location will be Delhi and Data Entry executive, back office executive posts candidates Job Location will be Jaipur and Bangalore respectively.
Responsibilities of Back Office Process Executive/ Voice Process –
- Knowledge of resolving queries utilizing voice skill on any of VPN, drivers, driver installations, active directory
- General support knowledge of Operating systems across various platforms and basic concepts of networking, cloud computing
- Follow company/ client processes accurately and efficiently
- Productivity applications like Microsoft Office tools
- Open to work in 24*7 and work from office environment
- Resolve client issues on calls/ chat/ mail.
Responsibilities of Data Entry Executive –
- Good at analysis, to be able to conclude after the detailed analysis
- Detect any missing revenue/ unwanted cost and fix them
- Detect any data integrity and provide solution
- Determined to close any identified issues related to client/ customer’s etc
- Good at presentation
- Good email etiquette
- Produce reports for any assigned projects and clearly mentioned about the achievements/ challenges and road blacks which will help the project manager to take action
- Articulate any issues/ queries to concerned team with clear requirement
- Rigorous follow up until the issue is closed or follow proper escalation metrics for any long pending issues and to monitor until closure.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay – For back office process executive, voice process posts, the payable salary will be Rs 23,300 and for data entry executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 29,160 per month approximately. (Note – Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are subject to fluctuations.
