The aligned individual would be placed in our Customer Support vertical, handling management and resolution of queries, management of escalations, complaints of dissatisfied customers, and ensuring that the delivery is made effective.   • Functions and Responsibilities

In this role as the new Customer Service Associate, you will directly support the company’s vast customer base by working closely with the internal teams to deliver a high-quality level of support to the customers. Your task will include accessing the company’s internal systems to obtain correct information that may be extricated to help the management compile scheduled and special reports. You will play a major part in answering queries from your customers by using the knowledge that you have on the company’s processes and the training given.

Maintaining current customer records by efficiently managing and updating account information is one of the critical functions in the role. You are supposed to collect customer information very comprehensively and accurately to assess their needs and present the required solution. Your role is also to support customers in real-time by resolving the issues raised against the company through the internal CRM systems and about their orders for purchase so that you can give the best solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Access internal systems to extract and analyze data for effective provision of information that would facilitate relevant decision-making.
Utilizing knowledge obtained in the process to solve customers’ inquiries and acting through internal CRM/mainframe systems in line with customers’ requirements.
Keeping up-to-date customer records to ensure that account information is available correctly and on time.
Efficient retrieval of customer information about their needs and providing solutions.
Help escalate and resolve complaints from customers who are not satisfied by offering solutions that align with company policies and procedures.


Job Requirements

Communication Skills: Strong comprehension skills will be necessary for the role because you will be required to understand and respond to customer queries, especially international customers.
Multitasking: The ability to multitask and work with multiple instruments at once is key in providing expedited and efficient solutions. You would need to juggle multiple systems and processes in order to provide the best resolution to them.
Customer Appreciation: The job demands the ability to understand the needs of US-based customers through voice communication. You are going to be needed to translate their needs into process queries and provide forthright yet succinct solutions.
Ownership and Accountability: We need to own customer problems. Therefore, a great motivation to serve the customer by offering a value-added solution in such a way that their concerns are addressed and they are left totally satisfied.
Problem-Solving: Solutions have to be presented in an effective manner, and resolutions will be required in such a way that not only would the customer’s problems be solved but at each step, value is added as well.
