Job Summary

The Relationship Manager will make a very important contribution toward the satisfaction of our customers by responding to a wide range of questions by phone and by providing critical information related to our banking products and services. Your key responsibilities will include answering customer complaints, cross-selling the bank’s products, and ensuring a smooth experience for your customers. This role not only expects highly communicative skills but also the sharp sensing of revenue-generating sales opportunities, all the while always keeping a closer eye on the NPS. Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be entrusted with a bouquet of responsibilities that need to be met for customers and growth of the bank

Customer Engagement: In this role, you will get in touch with and interact with customers to understand their banking needs and provide them with appropriate products and services. This would involve active listening to their queries and concerns, and thereby ensuring that every customer is valued and heard.

Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Using your knowledge of what products our bank offers, you will look for ways to cross-sell other banking products. Besides satisfying the needs of the customer, it also helps us drive more revenue into our bottom line.

Collaboration: You will be working closely with other teams in the bank to ensure that you’re delivering the best possible product offerings. This is because that cooperation allows you to draw on information from other departments and present customers with whole solutions.

Complaint Resolution: You would resolve the complaints made by the customer over the phone with a quick turnaround time, so that on leaving, she feels satisfied. Complaint resolution is an important part of your job.

Compliance: You would be expected to follow information security norms and also quality process standards. This is very crucial because it saves the bank from losing brand integrity as well as reputation.

Customer Philosophy: When working with customers, you will guide your actions from the bank’s philosophy of being Fair to the Customer and Fair to the Bank. This means that you are always making decisions both good for the customer and good for the organization.
