We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented candidate, with hands-on experience in SAP HR and a good experience in HR shared services. You will be responsible for the administration of employee, position, and contingent staff information around the world at the highest levels of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality. You will be required to use your excellent problem-solving abilities, customer service, and high-quality data entry skills when working on our HR Services operations.

Key Responsibilities
As an HR Shared Services Support Specialist, you will;
Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will be of immense value in streamlining operational efficiency.
Customer Support: Provide best-in-class customer service by working closely with internal partners and global clients. You will be handling a wide range of phone calls questioning matters or transaction-related issues, and provide prompt resolution.
Data Entry Accuracy: All data entry work is completed with accuracy and on time to ensure satisfaction of Service Level Agreements for the SLAs engaged. How you can make decisions and scale complexity about tasks and strategies to get work done will be important.
Escalations and Issues: Self-manage very complex issues with internal and external partners, so you’ll not only advocate for needs of customers but also seek to influence decision-making about deliverables.
Implementation of Policies: You will be responsible for rolling out the new business policies and processes while ensuring them to be aligned with current practice and improving service delivery overall.
Job Requirements
The candidate should satisfy the following:
Experience in Projects: You should have competency in working with projects; you must also have experience on methodologies on process improvement. You would also require having stakeholder management and ability to train other people on HR processes.
Handling sensitive information responsibly to lead towards taking informed decisions which help having a positive impact on customer service levels is something that is required.
Proficiency in SAP: It demands strong knowledge of the SAP systems and experience in HCM- Employee Central or SuccessFactors module.
Flexible Scheduling: Would be willing to work a variety of shifts-from 6:30 AM to 3 PM, 9 AM to 5:30 PM, and 1:30 PM to 10 PM-to support our business across multiple regions of the globe.
